• • Catering at LU is now through an outside vendor (Bon Appetit); Kate is the catering director:kate.destree@cafebonappetit.com, kate.m.destree@lawrence.edu, 920-832-7305

  • We need to set a meeting (in 2 weeks) with Brian, me, and an additional committee member with Kate to discuss menu and payment.

  • Buffets are about $13 and up, plated meals are about $8.50 (for salad or cold sandwich) to about $10 and up.

  • Students can use a swipe to get in, however, a student swipe at a catered event only gets a $2.60 credit on the final bill (not the full amount).

  • Accounting needs to be done through the LCF (student activities) account (this avoids an additional 18% for an outside organization).
